We launched a complete brand fresh for Noodles & Company under the theme-line of Uncommon Goodness. This was a massive lift of a brand book, brand voice, manifesto, in-store, photography, digital, social, OOH, video, brand actions and rewards program.

Restaurant staff is notoriously under-appreciated. After a challenging year for the whole industry, we knew we had to do something special. We treated all staff to a free bowl of Noodles, even if they didn’t work at Noodles.
